More About MAPA

The Marshfield Area Purple Angels adopted its name from the Purple Angel Campaign which was started in the UK by Norman McNamara and Jane Moore. We also made the Purple Angel Campaign one of our main projects as the purpose of the campaign mirrors our mission.

The children of Ronald F. and Margaret V. Seubert started Marshfield Area Purple Angels in their honor and memory, and since they lived in the Marshfield Area all of their lives and raised their family here, we wanted to make sure that the programs and projects we support will benefit the Marshfield community. We are also committed to providing these programs and projects free of charge to anyone who may benefit from them.
